What is the typical delivery timeframe for heavy gym equipment?
Standard delivery for large equipment like treadmills and bikes typically takes 7-10 business days. Smaller accessories are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer professional installation for smart fitness equipment?
Yes, we provide complimentary professional installation for all our smart bikes and treadmills in major metropolitan areas. Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient time once your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 10-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats and sweatbands cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Does my Flexnest equipment come with a warranty?
All Flexnest hardware comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty plans are also available for purchase at checkout.
Can I use the Flexnest app without owning the equipment?
While our app is optimized for Flexnest smart equipment, we offer a 'Freestyle' subscription that allows you to access our library of on-demand workouts and trainer-led sessions using your own gear.
Which payment methods do you accept?
